A thaw in US relations with Cuba?

An American Congressional delegation tours Cuba this week, a possible sign that U.S.-Cuban relations may be entering a new phase.

 

Former Cuban leader Fidel Castro - who also met with the US group - wrote in a recent column that Cuba does not fear a dialogue with the United States.
