Ahmadinejad rejects vote rigging

Amid allegations of voting irregularities, angry supporters of opposition candidate Mirhossein Mousavi, took to the streets overnight in Tehran.

The upshot has been clashes with the police and a staunch response from re-elected President Mahmoud Ahmandinejad.
