Cyber attacks linked to N.Korea

Websites in the United States and South Korea have come under attack.

A spy agency in South Korea is putting the fresh waves of hacking down to its Northern neighbour.

 

They say Pyongyang could be responsible as they'd been planning cyber warfare.
