Poland power plant plans CO2 capture

The Belchatow plant is the European Union's largest coal-fired power plant but also its largest polluter.

Established in central Poland it released nearly 31 million tonnes of carbon dioxide in 2008.  That's four million tonnes more than it's set ceiling under EU guidelines.
