Chairman of the Constitutional Council also stated that the resolution will enter into force from the date of its adoption, that means from August 19, 2005. It is not subject to appeal and is compulsory all throughout the republic’s territory and definitive. The right to declare the date of presidential elections belongs to the Majilis. The Parliament’s lower house should make it not later than the second Sunday of September.
