Snags amid early voting in Florida

From light lines in Fargo, North Dakota to heavy turnout in Little Rock, Arkansas to four-hour long lines in Miami, many Americans aren't waiting until Election Day on November 4 to cast their ballots.

 

The Early Voting Information Center forecasts that a third of U.S. voters will cast their ballots before Election Day.
