Russia and Kazakhstan sign cooperation memo

Arkady Volsky, head of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, and Nikolay Radostovets, chairman of the Union of Kazakhstani Manufacturers and Exporters, have today signed a memorandum on cooperation in Almaty.
The document confirms the interest of the two sides in strengthening economic ties between Russia and Kazakhstan, Radostovets has reported. "We have agreed to study in detail the problems that are troubling businessmen of the two states," he underlined.
