America Online Inc. said Tuesday that it has just surpassed the 3-million-member level outside of the United States, with over 2 million members on its AOL service and the rest with its CompuServe service. "We are the fastest-growing part of America Online," spokeswoman Kirsten Powers said of the international divisions. AOL, the world_s biggest online service with over 15 million members, first launched its international service three years ago in Germany. CompuServe, which the company acquired in 1997, has about 2 million members worldwide.
