This year AB Bank SNORAS also joined the promotional event "Praise excellent service!" which is held in March every year. Always devoting a lot of attention to the quality of the customer service, Bank SNORAS received over 8 thousand positive responses from the clients, and the bank's Klaipėda branch became one of ten leaders of "Praise excellent service!" campaign in Lithuania.

Bank SNORAS clients most often thanked the employees for their nice and fast service, civility, sincerity, thoughtfulness, detailed information and, of course, their smiles.

"Bank SNORAS customer service specialists always follow the excellent service principles. Still, any promotional event obligates to shape up, therefore in March there were really more smiles in our customer service subdivisions. I am glad that we have received a lot of warm and sincere evaluations of the bank's specialists - it shows that the clients notice our efforts, appreciate them and frequently return again because of them," says Deimantė Bareikienė, the director of AB Bank SNORAS Sales Department.

Klaipėda branch of Bank SNORAS has received the most acknowledgements and thanks. Apart from climbing to the first position among other subdivisions of the bank, Klaipėda branch was also included in 10 companies' subdivisions which received the most responses among all participants of "Praise excellent service!" campaign. "Everything was determined by the harmonious team work and purposeful disposition. We always endeavour to provide the best service possible to our customers, and during the campaign we devoted a special attention to it. I am sure that a contribution was also made by the multi-year work experience with the clients, the majority of who receive all banking services from Bank SNORAS for many years already," stated Kęstutis Matkevičius, the director of AB Bank SNORAS Klaipėda branch.
