Belarus had a central budget surplus of 839.8 billion Belarussian rubles (2,150 Bel. rubles/$1 on August 24) or 2.5% of GDP in January-July, the Belarussian Finance Ministry told Interfax.
Revenue was 12.147 trillion Bel. rubles and spending 11.308 trillion Bel. rubles.
The budget was drawn up with a deficit of 1.108 trillion Bel. rubles or 1.8% of GDP. Planned revenue was 18.394 trillion Bel. rubles and planned spending 19.502 trillion Bel. rubles.
