Gazprom has selected Credit Suisse First Boston to be one of the organizers of its Eurobond issue, a source in the gas holding told RBC.
The source specified that the volume of the issue had not been defined yet and it would depend on market conjuncture. At the same time the source noted that Eurobonds were to be issued in the second half of 2004. Gazprom Deputy CEO Boris Yurlov declared earlier that the gas holding was planning to attract 150bn rubles (about $5.26bn) in bonds and credits in 2004.
