Dutch company plans EUR 100 million investments into real estate development in Lithuania

Middle Europe Investments Baltija, a Dutch capital real estate development company, plans to invest around EUR 100 million into real estate developemnt projects in Lithuania, starting with a EUR 17 million investment into a shopping and business centre in Vilnius by mid 2005.
Middle Europe Investments Baltija is owned by the Dutch company Middle Europe Investments. Having started its operations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia it is now expanding into other countries as well. It is also the owner of a EUR 4 million logistics centre in Vilnius.
