In 2009 the price of Bank SNORAS shares grew by 163 per cent

According to the data of NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Stock Exchange, the price of Bank SNORAS registered ordinary shares grew by more than 2.5 times. These shares were among the top five companies, whose value was increasing the most during last year, that list their shares in the stock exchange; apart from Bank SNORAS no other bank in the market listing its shares in the stock exchange was included in these top five companies.

Last year Bank SNORAS shares were among the bestsellers in the entire NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Stock Exchange, and the share turnover within a year comprised almost LTL 59 million. It shows the investors’ trust towards the activity strategy performed by Bank SNORAS as well as the fact that the economic recovery is not imaginable without strong participants of the financial sector. Furthermore, at the end of the year Bank SNORAS considerably consolidated the capital base.

The registered ordinary shares of AB Bank SNORAS, which are listed in the additional list of NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Stock Exchange in 2009, are included in the tradable index OMX Baltic 10 of the Baltic States securities markets, which shows that Bank SNORAS shares are some of the most liquid shares of the companies listed in the stock exchanges of Vilnius, Tallinn and Riga.

This index includes the shares of those 10 companies, which are traded most actively in the Baltic stock exchanges.
