Market retreats after Obama win

As New Yorkers reflect on the election of Barack Obama as the 44th President of the United States -one common theme seemed to be repeated - the winds of change are blowing.

 

But despite the optimism heard outside of the New York Stock Exchange, inside on the trading floor, the mood was quite different.

 

Investors realize the new president faces the world's worst financial crisis since the Great Depression.
