The German developer “ECE” together with Lithuanian partners opened a new shopping and entertainment centre Ozas Gallery last Thursday in Vilnius. Ozas Gallery was built in less than two years by Kayi Construction, and the investment volume came to EUR 170M.

“ECE” said Ozas Gallery was one of the largest national retail developments. The centre has a total area of 180,000 m², and a leasable area of 62,000 m².
Ozas Gallery features 180 shops, service provision facilities, cafés and restaurants as well as offers 2,500 parking spaces for visitors.

The largest tenants are the Finnish hypermarket Prisma, the leading European fashion store Peek & Cloppenburg and the Lithuanian consumer electronics store Topo Centras. The three-level shopping gallery introduces several new stores and brands to the Lithuanian market, such as Jack&Jones, Forever 18, BiBa, Timberland and BijouBrigitte.

Ozas Gallery is located between densely populated districts and the city centre and is surrounded by major traffic streets. Around 850,000 inhabitants live in the area.
