VENA BREWERY COMPLETES $105 MLN INVESTMENT PROJECT

On 9 December, the Vena brewery announced the completion of their $105 mln. investment project, and the opening of a new production complex. This reconstruction increases the brewery_s capacity to up to 100 mln. liters a year. In spite of the large investment, Vena occupies fourth place on the St. Petersburg beer market in Russia, after Baltika, Stepan Razin and Bravo. Vena is considering changing its bottle from 0.33 liter to 0.5 liter. In addition, Vena plans to produce Tuborg beer at their new complex.
