OMHEX AB intends the integration

The Finnish-Swedish stock exchange operator and transaction technology provider OMHEX AB said on Monday that it would participate in the privatization process of the National Stock Exchange of Lithuania (NSEL) and the Central Securities Depository of Lithuania (CSDL). OMHEX said that intends to submit an offer for the shares of NSEL and CSDL that are for sale in the privatization process. Magnus Bocker, CEO of OMHEX, said that the integration of the Lithuanian securities market would complete the Nordic and Baltic region as a truly integrated market using common trading technology, harmonized processes and rules.
