Radisson SAS Hotels & Resorts, the first class hotel brand of Rezidor SAS Hospitality, has signed an agreement to manage its first hotel in Macedonia.
The 25 million Euro Radisson SAS Palace Hotel will be located in the city center of Ohrid on the northeastern coast of Lake Ohrid, and is slated to open in March 2006.
The hotel is being designed by WAT&G and will offer 140 guestrooms including 12 penthouse suites with scenic views of the lake. The hotel will offer its guests a choice of two restaurants – one featuring international cuisine and one specialising in Macedonian cuisine. The conference center offers a business center as well as six meeting rooms. Other facilities include an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a health & fitness center, a spa with treatment rooms and several retail outlets.
