The Russian Central Bank has set the official euro exchange rate for March 19 to 21 at 36.7 RUR/EUR - RUR0.12 lower than the previous figure.
The euro's weakening against the ruble is linked to the euro's drop on the world market. At present, the single European currency costs $1.3320, whereas it stood at $1.34 yesterday. Consequently, the euro has lost approximately 0.6 percent against the dollar on international exchanges over the past 24 hours.
