The banking system has recovered enough to achieve the pre-crisis level, deputy chairman of Russian Central Bank Tatyana Paramonova said on Friday, giving comments to the meeting between Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov and the heads of leading Russian banks. At the talks different views and proposals for the banking system restructuring were discussed. Participants have also discussed the strategy for the banking system development and competition. The emphasis will be put on the probability to use the credits to raise the real sector of economy at and creation of the proper insurance system.
