Šarūnas Nedzinskas elected to AB DnB NORD Bankas Management Board

The Supervisory Council of AB DnB NORD Bankas on 8 September 2009 elected Šarūnas Nedzinskas as a member of the bank‘s Management Board. On the six-member Management Board Šarūnas Nedzinskas (born 1968) will be in charge of further development of the bank's retail business.

Šarūnas Nedzinskas has been working in AB DnB NORD Bankas since September 2008 as the advisor to the president of the bank. Prior to taking his job in AB DnB NORD bankas he worked in Finasta bank, was a member of the management board of the insurance company Lietuvos Draudimas. Šarūnas Nedzinskas is an economist, a graduate of Vilnius University and also holds a Master of Business Administration in Baltic Management Institute.

Šarūnas Nedzinskas has no shareholdings in AB DnB NORD Bankas.
