Lithuania’s Economy Retains the Fastest Growth in the Baltic States

Industrial sales in January-April 2003 rose by 17.4%, compared to the same period of the previous year, making Lithuania the leader among the Baltic states in industrial growth, according to the Lithuanian Department of Statistics.
Respective figures were 9.8% in Latvia and 10% in Estonia.
