It will be possible to use the credits of «Zhilstroybank» (Kazakhstan) not only for purchase and building of the dwellings, but also for the repairing, exchange and modernization of apartments. Such variant of handling home building savings will come into force after bringing the amendments in the law «About home building savings».
On Thursday they were discussed in the Senate’s committee of finances and budget. According to the official data, for this moment about 6000 citizens of Kazakhstan are the depositors of «Zhilstroybank» (home building bank). They will get advantageous credits in three years. During this time the depositors should save 25% of the demanded sum of money, and the rest the state will give with a minimal percent rate. Amendments, which are now discussed by the deputies, also provided the increase of the maximal annual premium on the deposits from 60 to 200 monthly rated indexes.
