The third Congress of the Financiers of Kazakhstan has begun its work in February 14

According to the tradition the representatives of all the segments of the Republic’s financial market, the state departments, international and foreign organizations take part in this meeting. As it is expected, the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev will take part in the Congress. The main theme of the forum will be the problems of the development project of the financial sector of Kazakhstan for the period till 2007, it was worked out by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan to determine the main tasks and priorities of the development of the financial sector of Kazakhstan.
The association of the financiers unites 67 financial institutes including banks, insurance companies, pension funds, actives administrating company and also broker-dealer organizations and companies-registers. The main task of the Association is to analyze the opinions of the various institutes on the questions of further development of the financial sector of the country, to take part in the development of the bills and normative-legal acts.
