Turkish Businessmen To Visit Bulgaria

The Turkish-Bulgarian Business Council, functioning as a branch of Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEIK), will sponsor a ''Business Council Joint Meeting'' in Bulgaria between October 3rd-4th, 2005.

According to a press release by the DEIK, Turkey will be represented by State Minister Kursad Tuzmen in Bulgaria. ''The representatives of companies from the two countries will explore new avenues for commercial cooperation,'' said DEIK.

The meeting will also focus on the newly formed coalition in Bulgaria and its projects in environmental and agricultural areas that must be completed before Bulgaria joins the European Union.
