Unspent budget

The government of Kazakhstan discussed the budget spending during 9 months of this year. Over 29 billion tenge were not spent by October 1. During the last month the ministries and departments managed to spend 17 billions.

Ministry of Labor, Emergencies Ministry and Agricultural Ministry failed to use most of the allocated funds. Social programs and water supply are the most problematic spheres. Danial Akhmetov, Prime Minister of RK said that heads of programs must activate the work despite the positive tendencies.
