724 Solutions announced Radiolinja Eesti of Estonia will upgrade its messaging gateway to 724’s X-treme Mobility Gateway (XMG) to enable its advanced multimedia wireless messaging services, including Java-based games, photos, graphics, music and video.
“European mobile operators are quickly realizing the need for a superior gateway that enables expanded digital premium service offerings while generating new revenue streams,” said John Sims, chief executive officer of 724. “XMG is a logical upgrade, and we are pleased that our carrier-grade technology is enabling MMS capabilities in Estonia for the first time.”
