Bull Appoints Shahrom Kiani as new General Manager of its subsidiary AddressVision, Inc (AVI)

Bull has appointed Shahrom Kiani as new General Manager of its subsidiary AddressVision, Inc (AVI), one of the world's premier providers of postal automation technology with over 50% of the world's letter mail touched by its software solutions. Kiani is based in La Crosse (Wisconsin, U.S.A.) to lead AVI and reports to Luc Saint-Jeannet, Bull's Vice President International Operations.

Shahrom Kiani joins Bull from Trinity Technical Group, a startup providing mailing automation consulting and engineering services where he was Partner and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, as Vice President for Siemens Energy and Automation, he led a $130 million-per-year business unit providing material handling equipment and systems integration to major couriers, including the United States Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. He also held other executive positions in Siemens with increasing levels of responsibilities and outstanding results.

Shahrom Kiani said of his appointment, "I look forward to leading AVI to future success. AVI is a significant player in the world postal automation market, with significant programs such as Australia Post. My ambition is to further build its influence and presence within the postal industry market by delivering innovative, open and flexible solutions that make the difference".

Resident of Texas, Shahrom holds a MBA from Southern Methodist University (SMU), and a master's of computer science and engineering from the University of Texas.
