Built from potatoes, steered with carrots and powered by chocolate.

The makers of this Formula Three car want to prove that motor racing doesn't have to be a gas-guzzling eco-disaster. Engineers at England's Warwick University say it's the first racing-standard car built entirely from sustainable and recycled products.
