The greatest increase in user numbers occurred in the 40-49 year old age group, with twice as many users in their forties accessing the Internet since Spring 1999. Half of Estonia's population have used a PC at least once in their lives, with 15-19 year olds showing the greatest usage levels at 94 percent.
