The Rockefeller Center tree

Published: 17 November 2008 y., Monday

This gigantic symbol of the Christmas holidays made its way to New York - the Rockefeller Center tree.

The father of the donors, Joseph Varanyak of New Jersey, received the tree as a Christmas gift 77 years ago.

His wife had predicted it would one day make its way to Rockefeller Center. Her sons made sure of that.
