BS/2 Organized Banking Fusion 2024 in Kazakhstan for Banking Industry Leaders

On December 12, Almaty hosted the Banking Fusion 2024 forum organized by BS/2. The event gathered more than 170 specialists and experts from 13 countries, including Lithuania, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Germany, Poland, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, India, Georgia and China.

The forum was attended by about 30 leading banks from Central Asia, the Caucasus, and Eastern Europe, as well as global suppliers of banking equipment and solutions – Diebold Nixdorf, Sargent & Greenleaf, SUNMI, Magner, Teltonika and Learn to Earn Global. Participants were able to network and discuss solutions to optimize banking processes.

In addition, an exhibition of banking equipment and modern solutions for banks and retail was organized. At the stands, BS/2 partners demonstrated: a new generation of DN Series ATM recyclers from Diebold Nixdorf with Payments.iQᴺᴳ system installed, Sargent and Greenleaf electronic locks, a new generation of SUNMI devices, cash counting and processing devices.

The Banking Fusion 2024 program included 15 speakers – experts from different countries who shared their vision of key technologies changing the banking industry.

Within the framework of the forum between JSCB “Universal bank” (Uzbekistan) and JSC “Penkių kontinentų bankinės technologijos” (BS/2) a memorandum on strategic cooperation was signed. Aziz Mirzaev, First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of “Universal bank”, and Idrakas Dadašovas, Chairman of the Board of Penki Kontinentai Group, took part in the ceremony.   

Banking Fusion 2024 became an important platform for professional communication and the exchange of experience between representatives of the banking sector, technology developers, and international experts.
