BS/2 introduces much safer solution for automated teller safes

Published: 8 March 2011 y., Tuesday

From now on multifunction software for automated teller safes (ATS) - SmartSafe.iQ, can be used with a security and monitoring system function. ATS solution can be easily integrated with ATMeye.iQ security system and Wincor Nixdorf Company’s monitoring and analysis solution - ProView.

SmartSafe.iQ was created as a smart device to gather information about cash operations, analytical, statistical data, to store  and manage it throughout the bank’s network. In other words, it optimises the work process and controls staff’s work, which would no doubt lighten the workload of bank department managers. SmartSafe.iQ can be combined with any banking information system and it operates with various manufacturers’ hardware.

SmartSafe.iQ now offers a new possibility to ensure greater security for ATS against criminal activity and in managing conflicts with clients, since from now on the visual security and monitoring solution ATMeye.iQ will be installed along with ATS software.

“ATMeye.iQ captures and analyses processes occurring in the vicinity of the teller and the operations being done by the employees. In the case of a threat, the system sends warnings to responsible individuals and blocks work”, says BS/2 Marketing Manager Ignė Tumaitė.

SmartSafe.iQ is easily made compatible with the Wincor Nixdorf Company’s ProView software solution, which creates the opportunity to observe and administer the work of the safe.

SmartSafe.iQ belongs to the family of .iQ products – an original monitoring and business processes management platform, which gathers basic business information and creates automatic report  which is essential for decision-making. .iQ Family Products, depending on the customer’s needs,  can be rolled out into the financial institution’s IT system all together or separately.
