Taking into consideration the rapid development of new technologies and new security requirements, the company Penkių kontinentų Bankinės Technologijos (BS/2) updated the video security and monitoring system “ATMeye” that was designed for the self-service banking facilities.

The updated system is installed by using the J2EE platform, which enables the company to increase the work quality, although it was originally intended for solving the electronic commerce and electronic business related tasks. After its integration, this platform provides the opportunity to develop the intellectual video protection system that recognizes images, responds to movements, and is able to analyze the fraud carried out inside the device.

According to the BS/2 Sales Manager Saulius Kancerevyčius, the new version of the system is both easily adaptable to the customer’s needs and operates with any self-service software of any manufacturer. In addition, it may be installed in large ATM networks and is not platform-dependent.

The updated “ATMeye” version will enable the bank to reduce costs of the installation of new IT services.

“ATMeye” can be purchased together with the Professional Service package.

Today “ATMeye” is installed in over 27 thousand ATMs in many countries around the world. The ATMIA Association awarded the designers of the mentioned system with the prize for the best protection solution.
