BS/2 services meet the highest requirements of Standard ISO 20000

BS/2, which is a member of the Penki kontinentai group and specialises in providing outsourced business process services for banks and the retail trading sectors, has successfully implemented the globally acclaimed ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) V3 recommendations for IT company operations and has also completed the implementation of Standard ISO 20000 for service management.

ISO 20000 is the first international quality standard created specially for the management of IT services. It assists companies to achieve an integrated approach to effective service provision and meeting the client’s business needs. The awarding of the ISO 20000 certificate proves that maintenance and support services management structure of BS/2 meets the requirements for creation of the optimum technological services management system, as well as its installation, implementation, monitoring and maintenance practices. This certification assists companies to improve and optimise their IT processes, it increases their productivity and ensures controlled provision of consistent, high quality service to customers and end users.
