The awarding of the ISO 20000 certificate proves that maintenance and support services management structure of BS/2 meets the requirements for creation of the optimum technological services management system, as well as its installation, implementation, monitoring and maintenance practices. This certification assists companies to improve and optimise their IT processes, it increases their productivity and ensures controlled provision of consistent, high quality service to customers and end users.
