BS/2 took part in ITSC

In June Wincor Nixdorf organized annual International Technical Support Conference, ITSC. Conference, where over 80 Technical Directors and Key Engineers from 35 countries participated, took place in Paderborn. Due to the large number of participants the ITSC was conducted in Parkhotel in Bad Lippspringe. Referees on the Conference were only top level experts of Wincor Nixdorf HQ.

Although the conference was a closed event for top technical experts of Legal Entities, Wincor Nixdorf Services Division HQ invited its own international top technical personnel and Gold Label Partners, among which there was and Lithuanian Company BS/2 presented with the biggest team of four.

“BS/2 is Wincor Nixdorf Gold Label Partner in Eastern Europe. We’ve been collaborating with WN for ten years. It is now the 3rd time WN runs this event and for the first time there will be some selected service partners involved. From that moment we will become a part of this company technical community”, - BS/2 Technical Director Tomas Bublys said.

According to T. Bublys, there were discussed: speed up solving of technical problems; new system generation; spot synergies to become more efficient; quality of local service operations increasing; new system generation CINEO; test and diagnostics tools.

BS/2 provides professional services and business solutions for Wincor Nixdorf banking equipment in more than 60 countries worldwide. Business solutions cover areas of ATM security, non-cash payments and branch automation.
