April the 4, Moscow hosted the annual conference "ATMs security in Russia and the CIS in 2013." The conference brought together representatives from various areas of banking: representatives of banks, ATM manufacturers, developers of the software solutions, service companies, governmental, educational and legal bodies.

The main topic of the conference in 2013 was to ensure security of ATMs. Presentations were made by the leading experts of the Russian and European banking community. Software Company’s "Penkių kontinentų bankinės technologijos" (BS/2) Head of Sales Denis Korobkov made a presentation АТМеye.iQ - a comprehensive approach to security self-service devices. АТМеye.iQ mobile application" at the conference.

"The issue of security of ATMs becomes every day more and more important. More and more representatives of the banking sector come to the idea of ​​finding and using protection resources of its own network of acquiring equipment. In my report touched a topic about the fraudulent self-service devices and possible prevention. The main attention was paid to the hardware and software, developed by our company - АТМеye.iQ, which successfully solves similar problems in more than 40,000 units," - said Denis Korobkov.

The main attention in this presentation was focused on the new functionality, which is featured by the latest version of АТМеye.iQ 1.1.3. The benefits of the new mobile application Mobile АТМеye.iQ, allowing to ensure maximum awareness of those, who are responsible for the security of the ATM network, were discussed. This application helps to control the processes on the device self-service, receive photos and videos to your mobile device in real time. Mobile АТМеye.iQ also allows to view events on the ATM and promptly respond to them using a mobile device (the ATM stop / start applications, switch on / off the alarm, installed on the ATM, a call to the security services, to inform the authorized officer by e-mail, etc.).

As Denis Korobkov said, participants were also interested in additional functionality of the АТМеye.iQ 1.1.3 - the ability to remotely administrate the file systems of the end equipment - Remote File Management.iQ (RFM.iQ). This software solution enables you to upload, download, view and run a variety of files (processes) at the self-service devices, without need for a technician to check out the place, which allows to reduce the costs greatly.

 "Participation in these activities is always useful, as it allows you to take another look at your own developments, learn about new trends and solutions. Especially, this year, it was nice to hear positive feedback from customers, who are already using our solutions, and ensure recognition and correctness of our approach," - said Denis Korobkov.

Every year the conference attracts people working in all areas of ATM industry to discuss the latest trends and threats, as well as strategies for building work and further efficient cooperation. This year's event attracted more than 150 delegates from around the world.
