The world’s biggest exhibition-conference of payment card solutions CARTES & IDentification is being held in Paris on the 4th-6th of November.

Its visitors and participants will be able to familiarize themselves with products and solutions designed for e-transactions, mobile payment possibilities and contactless cards; the most up-to-date technologies and biometric solutions in the field of security will be exhibited.

This year’s exhibition focuses on ecologically responsible organization of events: visitors will be reminded about environmental protection at every step. A conference Cartes Goes Green Summit, in which “green” (ecology-related) projects will be discussed, will also take place during the exhibition. By the way, exhibition participants’ cards, bags for visitors and the stands of the exhibition will be made of ecological materials.

The annual SESAMES award ceremony will take place during the exhibition CARTES & IDentification. The companies which created the best technical and program solutions in the past year, will be given awards during this ceremony.

The Penki kontinentai group of companies will also be presenting its solutions at the Paris exhibition. Specialists from its companies BS/2 and Ashburn International will present a revolutionary solution ATMiQ, which helps in the effective management of cash flows in networks of cash dispensers, a renewed solution Smart Safe designed for managing safes at cash desks, a video surveillance and security system ATMeye as well as possibilities for electronic trade via interactive IP television.

“One of our objectives in participating in the exhibition is meeting present and new partners as well as discussing future cooperation. We constantly observe innovations in the IT field and it is really interesting to find out about innovations first-hand,” said Žanas Ratomskis, manager of BS/2’s Information Technologies department.

Services and solutions provided by Penki kontinentai are being implemented in 62 countries, which amounts to half of the countries participating in the exhibition CARTES & Identification. According to the specialist, this number should increase in the very near future considering the speed of growth of IT and banking.

You may find out more about the latest solutions of Penki kontinentai group at stand No. 4Q083 of the exhibition CARTES & IDentification.

Organizers of the exhibition, which has been held for 22 years, predict that this event will attract 20,000 visitors, and 520 participants from 140 countries of the world will present their products here this year.
