CINEO training for BS/2 engineers

Published: 13 December 2012 y., Thursday

With the growing number of self-service equipment using Cash Recycling systems, the demand for technical specialists offering maintenance services for such machines is also increasing. At the beginning of December BS/2 - a company providing banking technologies and developing banking and retail solutions - organized technical trainings for engineers on working with Wincor Nixdorf CINEO automated teller machines. It should be noted that Wincor Nixdorf is a long-time certified partner of BS/2.

CINEO ATM with Cash Recycling function is a popular solution for organizations seeking to combine all the possible ATM's functionalities in a single system. This is a new generation of devices with both cash dispensing and depositing functions. The major advantages of the new line are intuitive operation, faster transaction processing and innovative banknote recognition technology. The system is unique because it can withdraw banknotes previously deposited by other client. This diminishes substantially the collection expenditures and optimizes the money flows.

CINEO trainings are held in the BS/2 training center. It is worth mentioning that this center is the first certified competence center of the German company Wincor Nixdorf in the former Soviet Union region and the second one in the world. The trainings are conducted by the Wincor Nixdorf senior engineer Jochen Hornig. The two-week courses are divided into two parts.

"We've divided the training into two parts. During the first week, Wincor Nixdorf senior engineer Jochen Hornig presented all the functionalities of CINEO ATMs to the maintenance consultants of BS/2. Afterwards, our specialists along with the Wincor Nixdorf expert carried out the courses to the BS/2 engineers. The latter are going to share the information with the technical specialists of BS/2 subsidiaries in future. In this way we'll be able to provide our customers the highest quality maintenance services", - said Andrej Smirnov, Deputy General Manager for Service Support.

Please be reminded that BS/2 and Wincor Nixdrof are presenting CINEO automated teller machines at the international baking technology forums. The presentations were held in Kazakhstan in 2011 and in Kirghizstan on September and Georgia on November this year. They are also scheduled to be held in Azerbaijan, Armenia and other countries during the next year.
