First Lithuanian on-line bookstore grows

Though Lithuanians mostly skeptically appraise e-trade, the first Lithuanian on-line bookstore www.books.lt awaits more and more visitors daily. In 2002 the visitors acquired three times more goods than in the year 2001. And the sales of 9 months of the current year have already reached the sales of the year 2002. The assortment of the books and of the number of items the visitors can buy here has widened. The responsible department cooperates with a number of Lithuanian and foreign publishing houses, the latest books are received in the short terms. In addition to the books, the visitors can also purchase videocassettes, CDs and DVDs. The on-line bookstore is convenient for the number of advantages: the visitor can easily find the needed book using the search system and order a book directly from home anytime. The goods may be purchased in the several ways: a customer may order an item and take it paying in cash, order an item and pay off by means of money transfer in a bank, pay off on-line with the popular cash cards.
