More options for card payment

Published: 12 June 2017 y., Monday

The Lithuanian ASHBURN International company has installed EFT POS terminals in the post offices in the country's largest cities and district centers, with which residents can pay for services using not only conventional, but also contactless payment cards.

Card readers from Ingenico Group which is a world-known POS terminals manufacturer, together with the TransLink.iQ software installed by ASHBURN International in the most crowded post offices, guarantee high quality and comfort of services.

According to Dominikas Mertinas, head of the ASHBURN International business development department, the specialized equipment installed in POS terminals allows to provide safe and smooth transactions using payment cards.

"Card readers integrated with cash registers allow quick and smooth servicing of post office customers. The significant advantage of TransLink.iQ solution is that the system not only offers quick and secure transfer of transaction data from the card to the bank, but also centralized and remote monitoring and management of the entire card reader network, including prompt software update," Mr Mertinas noted.

TransLink.iQ is designed to meet the VISA International and MasterCard International payment systems security requirements - and complies with the EMV standard. For several years it has been successfully used not only in Lithuania, but also abroad.
