More than a half  ATMs in Lithuania still have no contemporary security measures in place. Latvia has similar situation and Estonia’s situation in this sphere is better.

 

ATM security, ATM robberies and other questions were discussed during international conference titled “ATM Security. One Step Ahead the Fraud” that was held by BS/2, a Penki Kontinentai company. Company’s specialists affirm that EMV security standards should match not only bank cards but and ATM machines so far.
