One of the participants of an exhibition of construction and repairs “RESTA 2014” that took place in the Lithuanian Exhibition and Convention Centre “LITEXPO”, a company “Penkių kontinentų komunikacijų centras” introduced to the visitors smart house solutions that find their place in both private houses and apartment buildings.

According to Vaidas Janulis, Head of the Smart Buildings Department of the company, although many residents have rather extensive knowledge of smart house systems, interest in them is growing every year. “Residents who are planning to move to the suburbs are actively looking for solutions that ensure efficient use of resources, optimum security and exceptional comfort. All this is offered by the “Smart House” system. However one should note that it is best to plan installation of such system before starting the construction”, says V. Janulis.

At the exhibition, much attention was paid to an automated meter data collection, bill generation and payment system “Bill Manager.iQ” introduced by the company. Not only associations of apartment owners, but also architects, builders and real estate developers were interested in capabilities of the system. Visitors of the exhibition also had the opportunity to learn more about a real estate project “Loft Town” that has already been equipped with this system.

More than 500 exhibitors from 13 countries introduced their latest products and services at the largest exhibition in the Baltic countries devoted to the topic of construction “RESTA 2014”. More than 44 thousand visitors from all over Lithuania and foreign countries visited the event.
