Tendencies of the E-Payment Market Are to Be discussed in Kiev

The eighth specialized conference Payment Card 2008 is to take place in Kiev on June 4-6. This event is being organized by the Ukrainian Interbank Payment System Member Association EMA. The general partner of the conference is MasterCard.

During the three-day conference, representatives of retail companies and financial institutions will discuss recent developments in the European and Ukrainian payments and credit markets as well as tendencies in the area of e-payments and credit products.

During the conference, the creators of software solutions and the suppliers of ATM's and payment terminals will introduce standard solutions and market developments as well as present the peculiarities of usage and installation of the aforementioned hardware and software.

Penkiu kontinentu Bankines technologijos (BS/2), the company belonging to Penki Kontinentai Group, will participate in the conference for the first time. The Lithuanian company will present the ATM network service and monitoring processes management system ATMiQ, the ASOMIS project, finances by the EU, the software solution for payment terminals IQxml, the solution for automatic teller safes SmartSafe, the video surveillance and monitoring system ATMeye, the customer service optimization system Branch Optimizer and others.

According to Zan Ratomskij, the Head of the IT Department of BS/2, the payment card market feels a growing demand for innovative solutions to automate and optimize ATM network processes.

“BS/2 presents innovative products to satisfy these needs. All of them have been created using the newest technologies as well as considering the tendencies of business development in the banking area ", - Zan Ratomskij says.

While their stay in the Ukraine, the representatives of BS/2 are planning to meet with local partners Renome, BPC, First Data, OpenWay and others.
