“Kriptonika”, which several years was an object of litigation at court between the “Penki kontinentai” and “the ”UVS“ company groups each of which owned fifty percent of its shares, was taken over by the former one.

The head of ”Kriptonika“ became Idrakas Dadašovas, a general manager of ”Penki kontinentai“. According to him, a thorough audit of the company and verification of documents will be executed in the short run.

”First of all, we are going to revise those main documents which have been signed by the former head of “Kriptonika” Andrej Sviridov and the law firm “Bernotas and Dominas Glimstedt” and lawyers Linas Sesickas and Albertas Bandžius“, says general manager.

As he states, ”Penki kontinentai“ group from the very establishment of ”Kriptonika“ was its biggest creditor. ”The transition of this company to the ownership of “Penki kontinentai” is a regular and proper result. I have never had any doubts that everything would come about as it has happened“, - says I. Dadašovas.

”Kriptonika“ also owns a subsidiary enterprise ”Kriptonika Latvija“. It has also been passed over to the ”Penki kontinentai“ group.
