The best companies received LVPA awards on the Europe Day

On May 9th, Public institution Lithuanian Business Support Agency, which administers the European Union’s support for Lithuania’s business, scientific research and technology development, tourism and energetics sectors, invited partners, project implementors, media representatives to commemorate the Europe Day. During the event, five convivial nominations (“Road Signs”, “Willing Horses”, “Hosts”, “Window to the World” and “Formula of the Discovery”) were announced, the most successful projects were presented and the best project implementors were honoured.

The group of companies Penki kontinentai” received a nomination “Road Signs” for the successful implementation of projects and achievements.

“We are glad that the Lithuanian Business Support Agency appreciated our development of interactive TV and implementation of innovative inventions”, said Mindaugas Leonavičius, the Director of “Strateginių sprendimų grupė”, who accepted the award. “We won the “Road Signs” nomination for one of the model projects which was the 500-th in the agency. We will continue to develop innovative business models and will try to constantly generate new values in the market”.

The Director of the agency Diana Vilytė, who greeted the guests and awarded implementors of the best-distinguished projects, hopes that the Europe Day will become a tradition spreading the idea of partnership in Lithuania. And Lithuanian companies continue to expect a transparent and cost-effective distribution of the European Union’s support, without which business development is hardly possible.
