The informational technologies are more and more penetrating into our day-to-day life and allow us to conduct business needs not only in office, but also at the public places.

The wireless network connection is already installed in the 5 cafés and 4 restaurants of the trade and entertainment center “Europa” (Konstitucijos pr. 7A, Vilnius, www.europa.lt). You will receive a check at the shopping centre, which will contain an instruction how to use wireless Internet connection.

The wireless network connections or so-called “hot spots” allows you to use the resources of the world computer network everywhere: in hotels, airports, cafes, shopping centres or other service sphere establishments. You don’t need any extra cables or wires. „Hotspot“ means wireless data transfer connection which allows you to use the resources of Internet or Intranet with the help of a laptop. “Penki kontinentai” provides a possibility to choose an encoded connection channel for working with Internet resources which means that you really do not have to worry about information security.

There are all the necessary facilities for video conferences arrangement in the modern conference room, equipped by company group “Penki Kontinentai” and JSC “Hanner” on the 31st center’s floor. You can use video consultations, conferences, IP telephony, organize business meetings or simply enjoy yourself. The material of video conferences can be saved for later review. In the 150-places’ and 179 sq. m. area conference room not only business conferences but also business meetings can be organized, you can also receive business partners, company employees and company guests there. JSC “Hanner“ A-level business center “Europa” (126, 1 m. altitude) is the highest commercial building not only in Lithuania, but also in the Baltic states. The fact is recorded in the Book of Lithuanian records.

 

The business center “Europa” total facility area is 17 300 sq. m. One floor rent area is 536 sq. m. Conditioning system is provided on each floor, providing good working conditions. The modern office building is equipped according to the highest safety standards. There is a separate electricity generator, which automatically generates power in case the central provision is cut. Special fire protection measures are implemented in the building– an own water tank and particularly powerful water pumps, which can supply water to facilities located at over 100 metres altitude.

 

The new symbol of Vilnius located at the right bank of the river Neris got the diploma which proves that “Europa“ is the tallest commercial building in the Baltic States, and also the center has made the top fifteen of the best world skyscrapers in a recent international skyscraper contest in Germany in April.

All people willing to admire a bird-eye view of the capital for free are invited each week-end to the open terrace located on the 31st floor of the skyscraper “Europa”. You will enjoy the 116 m. altitude’s view of the capital’s old town, new districts and surrounded by the forests Vilnius.

This attraction is suggested by the predial property company “Hanner” – the owner of the business center “Europa”, and located next to the trade and leisure center “Europa”.
