„Wincor World 2010“

Wincor World 2010, the annual trade fair and forum for Banking and Retail organized by Wincor Nixdorf, will take place again in Paderborn, Germany, from 26–28 January.

In addition to focussing on the subject of cash cycle management, this year’s Wincor World will also demonstrate how state-of-the-art information technology can be used to further improve processes in retail banking. Along with 30 other exhibitors, Wincor Nixdorf will present its latest offerings – from consulting to operations – showing how processes can be reoriented to the creation of added value.

The Lithuanian company BS/2, belonging to Penki Kontinentai Group, is among those partners and will present some of its solutions at the exhibition.

BS/2 will be represented by a huge delegation, which will also include the representative of the Board of Penki Kontinentai Idrak Dadashov, the Executive Director of BS/2 Vladas Lapinskas and the leaders of the regional offices in Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan. Upon the invitation of the Lithuanian company, its partners from the Kyrgyz Republic, Belarus, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Latvia will also come to Paderborn.

According to I. Dadashov, BS/2 and Wincor Nixdorf present their collective solutions for the banks and retailers in the EU and Eastern Europe and Central Asia (EECA) region, and their own production.

BS/2 will present the solution to optimize the business costs. Considering the current economic situation, it will be interesting to see how the participants of the exhibition will respond to it. The trends of reorientation of the global businesses in the current period are also interesting. “I think the participants will look for the answer to the question of what economic benefits can be provided by the implementation of the latest software systems”, said I. Dadashov.

In Paderborn, the Lithuanian company will present the business management and monitoring product family .iQ, which collects and processes the information required for business, and optimizes decision-making processes. The product family consists of the following solutions:

• ATMeye.iQ – an intellectual solution designed for client conflicts management and video surveillance in the self-service networks.
• Remote file system module RFS.iQ.
• Software solution iQxml, which ensures connection between information terminals and bank system server. This solution makes it possible to install device necessary for retail service in self-service terminals, by providing information about credit cards, deposit accounts, payments, transfers, etc.

In order to familiarize with the solutions, created by BS/2, visit the “Banking Area".
