Wincor World 2011 Starts on the 25th of January

On the 25th–27th of January, the International Exhibition Wincor World 2011 will take place in Paderborn (Germany). The exhibition will focus on the new scenarios of solutions that are intended to integrated automation and consolidation of cash conversion cycle in the banking and retail sectors. The company Wincor Nixdorf will bring together experts in the field of IT from all over the world to discuss the IT-solutions that enable optimization of the processes existing in retail banking branches and retail stores.

In an area of 7000 square meters, the company Wincor Nixdorf and more than 30 its partners will present their products, software solutions, as well as maintenance and consultancy services. During the event, 50 presentations and roundtable discussions will take place, which will be attended by representatives of more than 90 countries around the world.

Lithuanian Company BS/2, a member of the international company group Penki kontinentai and the golden partner of Wincor Nixdor, will participate at the exhibition along with such companies as Microsoft, Motorola, and Intel.

The Company will present the following solutions for banking and retail sectors: outsourcing services, scenarios of automation and increase efficiency of business processes, electronic payment solutions, etc.

The specialists of the Company BS/2 will introduce visitors of the exhibition to the products of .iQ Family, which allow controlling business processes, strengthening the ATM network protection from fraud, managing the service more effectively, reducing the ATM maintenance costs, and tracking the activity of banking network branches.

At the Wincor World 2011, the Company will introduce a new version of the video security and surveillance solution ATMeye.iQ, which was supplemented by such functions as anti-skimming analysis and face recognition. Anti-skimming solution allows determining the presence of the skimming devices.

Face recognition recognizes the images from photographs and includes a search based on the three following criteria: search for the user's face in the database of photos that is bound to a list of events or transactions, in which he / she has participated; search in the so-called “black list” consisting of suspicious users; and search in the “white list”, which includes the users, who have a right to operate the device.

Furthermore, at the exhibition the Company BS/2 will present a new Service Desk.iQ models, such as analysis of the key business indicators via KM (Knowledge Management), KPI (Key Performance Indicators), ROI  (Return on Investment), and etc.

The new capabilities that will be presented by Penki kontinentai at the exhibition are the implementation of the various above-mentioned information systems, which are designed for analysis and accounting on mobile tablet devices and gadgets, and the project "Mobile Business". They will enable the managerial and technical staff of the company not to be tied to the desktops and to analyze the main indicators of business processes remotely and in a real time mode.
